These terms govern your use of the Mountain Pulse website and related booking or custom-tour services. By using the site you agree to them.

Services

We offer information about Armenian expeditions, online booking for set routes, and custom tour requests that we confirm with you by email. Descriptions, dates, and prices may change until a booking is confirmed in writing or marked paid in our system.

Accounts

Accounts are optional for guest checkout but required to view a personal history of bookings and requests. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.

Bookings & payments

• A booking request becomes binding when we confirm it and payment succeeds (or as stated in your confirmation).
• Custom tour requests are not paid bookings until we agree an itinerary and price with you.
• Displayed prices are in the currency shown on the site unless we state otherwise.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change rules depend on the tour and timing. We will state the applicable policy in your confirmation email. Force majeure events (weather, closures, safety) may require us to alter routes; we will offer a reasonable alternative where possible.

Traveler responsibilities

• Ensure passports, visas, insurance, and fitness are suitable for the itinerary.
• Follow guide instructions and local laws during the trip.
• Provide accurate traveler details when booking.

Website use

Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms service, attempting unauthorized access, or posting unlawful content). Content on the site is owned by Mountain Pulse or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Liability

Outdoor travel involves inherent risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mountain Pulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
